‘HOME’ was born in the heart of turbulent times, when the boundaries between private home and public space blur to the point of pain.

Through movement, modular costumes, and elements that construct and dissolve either protecting or confining, the work offers an intimate, piercing exploration of how external reality shapes our most personal relationships: partnership, family, and friendship.

In days when the home trembles and outside chaos seeps inward, home gives us an opportunity to ponder: Are we unraveling because of what happens outside, or has the unraveling already begun within? Who holds whom, does the home hold the person, or the person the home? The imposed external reality we all share echoes into our inner lives, resonating with loneliness, conflict, and a deep longing for healing. The stage as home. The garment as a cage. The body as fractured space. Emerging from personal rupture yet reaching toward a shared collective experience, ‘HOME’ speaks to audiences

living through uncertainty, inviting them into

a raw, emotional, and visually striking journey.

People Wrote About the Show

"The viewer finds themselves torn between watching the moving body and listening to the sounds. At every moment, a new dialogue emerges between the individual body and the collective voice, between instinct and emotion. HOME is not just a dance performance, but an emotional experience that reminds us how much power lies in silence, in movement, and in one shared breath." Yuval Ariel, “Tarbut” Magazine

״Through rapid movement and colorful, modular costumes, the entire stage shifts and transforms from a secure environment into one that is exposed, aching, and collapsing. Fast-paced, vibrant, not a dull moment intelligent dance that any audience would be thrilled to witness.״

Zvika Borg - Laisha magazine

״The performance balances lightness and depth with an exceptionally precise soundtrack. It raises questions of belonging from the individual to the collective. The dancers shift between synchronization and dissonance, like a home testing its own stability. An experience that tightens the stomach and delights in the very same breath.״ Hadas Glazer, Time Out

״Restraining harnesses, swirling skirts, a hood that covers and silences the mouth.

Hoffman creates with a masterful, emotionally charged hand through rich and varied movement vocabulary. The ensemble surrenders to his ‘sculpting,’ like material in the hands of a creator, with exquisite technique and totality.

A rare and powerful partnership.”
